It depends.. When it comes to DTG printing, we use water based inks and these inks can / may bleed through the garment.
If you're printing on a light / dark garment and or using white ink in your design, we will then need to pretreat the garment before printing. If printing a back print on a light / dark garment and or using white ink in your design, we will not be able to print a tag print as you do not want to pretreat both the outside and inside of the garment. The curing process could affect the garment and or print.
Now if you're printing a tag on a white / light garment without white ink and or pretreat, then we can print a back print and a tag but you will want to make sure your tag color, is a light grey to avoid bleeding.
Our online designer is currently not setup for tag prints BUT if you're interested in adding a custom tag print to your garment, then you will need to submit a custom quote. It does take a little longer to place an order by quote but due to the legalities of removing a tag and reprinting a new one, it requires a few extra steps.
