If the recipient's address was wrong on the order, then unfortunately you / your customer are held responsible.
Typically when this happens, the package is sent back to the return address listed on the shipping label. If your address was used as the return address, then you will receive the package. Once you get the package it will be up to you to update and reship the item to your customer.
Now if the package used our address, we will fix the issue on your behalf but new shipping charges will apply. Sometimes if the order is not shipped back to the sender and is lost due to this mistake, then you will be responsible in placing a new order.
