The San Diego Print House stands behinds the quality of our products and services. If you’re not satisfied with the production of your order, simply submit a support ticket within 30 days from the date of your purchase. Subject to the following criteria, we will credit the full price of the item in question to your SDPH account, excluding postage and processing costs.
San Diego Print House products are made-to-order with the best quality materials possible using our state-of-the-art printing equipment. Since we individually produce each order, based on your specific requirements, we do not accept return unless it’s an issue with the production process.
San Diego Print House takes great pride in its commitment to customer satisfaction. However, certain circumstances are beyond our control. Please note that we cannot be responsible for:
- Spelling, punctuation or grammatical errors made by the customer.
- Inferior quality or low-resolution of uploaded images.
- Design errors introduced by the customer in the design creation process.
- Errors in user-selected options such as product style, size & color.
Please review your designs & order carefully prior to placing your order. In an effort to keep costs down and pass substantial savings along to our customers, San Diego Print House does not proof documents created by it's customers prior to processing & printing.
